What it treats

We use JUVÉDERM® and Revanesse® — FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers, chosen for how predictably they behave and how naturally they settle.

  • Lost volume in the cheeks, lips, and under-eyes
  • Lines around the nose, mouth, and chin
  • Definition along the jawline and facial contours

How long filler lasts depends on the product, the area, and your metabolism. Lips move constantly and need attention sooner; cheeks and jawline hold longer.

What to expect

  1. Consultation. We assess your facial structure and agree on what — and how much — to place. Subtle is a choice, not a limitation.
  2. Treatment. Filler is injected and shaped. You will see the change before you leave the chair.
  3. Results. Expect mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising for a few days. Allow about a month for the filler to fully settle before we reassess.

Ready when you are

Preparing and recovering

Before your appointment
  • Avoid blood thinners and supplements that thin blood — aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, turmeric — for 5–7 days, unless your doctor prescribed them.
  • No alcohol for 24–48 hours beforehand.
  • No vaccines, dental work, or other injectables for 2 weeks before or after.
  • Arrive with clean skin — no makeup or skincare on the treatment area.
  • Hydrate, and eat something before you come.
  • Please reschedule if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, unwell, or have a cold sore, infection, or inflammation in the treatment area.
After your appointment
  • Expect mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising for a few days.
  • Do not touch, massage, or press the treated area unless your provider tells you to.
  • No strenuous exercise, heat, saunas, or alcohol for 24–48 hours.
  • Sleep on your back with your head elevated the first night if you can.
  • No facials, dental work, or other injectables for 2 weeks.
  • Cold compresses help with swelling. Never put ice directly on skin.
  • Gentle, provider-recommended skincare only.
  • Call us during business hours if pain increases, swelling becomes significant, or the skin discolours. Outside business hours, seek emergency care.

Results vary with skin condition, age, anatomy, and lifestyle, and no result is guaranteed. Treatment is performed by a trained medical provider. Swelling, bruising, or redness may occur and typically resolves within a few days. This page is general information, not medical advice — talk with your provider about what is right for you.
