Who it’s for
As estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone decline with age, symptoms follow — and they are easy to dismiss as just getting older. HRT restores those hormones to safe, physiologic levels. It may help if you are living with:
- Hot flashes or night sweats
- Fatigue and low energy
- Mood changes, anxiety, or brain fog
- Weight gain, or weight that won’t shift
- Low libido or vaginal dryness
- Poor sleep and insomnia
- Loss of muscle or bone density
There is no one-size plan. Yours is built from your symptoms, your labs, your history, and your goals.
The three hormones
Estrogen eases hot flashes and night sweats, supports mood, focus, and memory, maintains bone and cardiovascular health, and improves skin and vaginal tissue. Low estrogen is behind many menopausal symptoms.
Progesterone balances estrogen, improves sleep, softens anxiety and irritability, and protects the uterine lining for women who have a uterus. It is especially helpful when sleep and mood are the problem.
Testosterone is not just a male hormone. At appropriate female doses it supports libido, energy and motivation, muscle and strength, and cognitive clarity.
How the program works
- Consultation. We start with your symptoms, history, and goals, and how the changes are affecting your daily life. This part is a conversation, not a form.
- Advanced lab testing. Comprehensive blood work maps your hormone levels and overall health, so treatment decisions are guided by data, not guesswork.
- Your plan, then ongoing adjustment. We build a plan from your labs and symptoms, then monitor and adjust it as your body responds — because hormone therapy is dynamic, not set-and-forget.
In practice, that makes it a cycle, not a one-time fix:
Ready when you are
HRT is not right for everyone, and a full evaluation with lab work comes before any therapy. That evaluation is the first step.

Is it safe?
When properly prescribed, monitored, and individualised, HRT is considered safe for many women. The safety comes from the approach:
- Low, physiologic dosing
- Bioidentical, body-identical hormones
- Regular lab monitoring
- Ongoing symptom review
Safety comes down to the right patient, the right hormones, and the right follow-up. A comprehensive evaluation is completed before therapy begins — every time.
HRT is a medical treatment that must be individualised and prescribed by a licensed provider, and it is not appropriate for everyone. A comprehensive evaluation — medical history, symptoms, and lab testing — is required before therapy begins. Results vary. HRT is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Outcomes depend on individual health factors, adherence, and ongoing monitoring. This page is general information, not medical advice.
